The following is a list of the procedures that must be followed to block the card using the app:
- You need to log in to the PNB One app using your login credentials.
- First, choose the Credit Card option from the drop-down menu, and then, on the next page, select the ‘Hotlist Credit Card’ choice from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the account number from the drop-down list corresponding to the card to be added to the hotlist.
- Select the ‘Continue’ option from the drop-down menu when finished.
- The card associated with your selected account will be shown, and you will be prompted to pick the correct card number.
- First, enter the transaction’s password, then click the “Continue” button.
It is essential to remember that once a credit card has been added to a hotlist, it cannot be removed from the list.

- If you call the customer service number on the back of your PNB credit card, you can either block or hotlist your card.
